A weekly pool session with an Open Water twist. These sessions are is aimed at beginner and intermediate athletes and are aimed to develop fitness, swim technique and introduce key open water skills
Our highly rated and popular Introduction to Open water sessions start in March 2015. A 90-120 minute session that guides the athlete through key open water skills, safety and acclimatisation. Max group size of 6 swimmers, or available as a 1-2-1 or tailored session for small groups of friends.
1-2-1 coaching for technique, skill development or swim training. A south west Swim 1-2-1 lasts 60 minutes and is a mix of coaching from the lakeside and in the water. We use a coach to swimmer headset for skills development so we can speak to you whilst you are swimming. We beleive we offer an unrivalled approach to 1-2-1 Open Water training
Fun, productive and skills based weekly Open water group sessions run from April to October. These sessions are aimed at all levels of swimmer with several groups available. Our philosophy of small swimmer to coach ratios shows through in these groups so every swimmer gets the attention they need to develop.
